Dongjiang Lake emerges as top tourist hotspot

It has been the best season to visit the Dongjiang Lake in Chenzhou, Central China’s Hunan province, to see fog and mist floating in early morning and evening, a fairyland-like scenery visible till October.

Tourism here has seen a strong rebound in the first months of this year, representing a 150 percent surge in visitor arrivals from the peak in 2019, said its operator.
