Global travel agents visit Hubei’s branded cultural precinct
More than 140 travel agents from almost 30 countries and regions, as well as a number of domestic cities, visited the Xiguan Impression, a heritage commercial district in Fangxian county, Shiyan, Hubei province on Monday, to experience the unique charm of Fangxian.
More than just a pretty face
In the public imagination of the Chinese, the words Sanxingdui (Three Star Mounds) are the equivalent of a myth: What they see in exhibitions focusing on this major Bronze Age civilization, including a current one at the newly opened Shanghai Museum East, doesn't seem to align very well with their previous experiences.
