China Daily and its Discover Beautiful China platform (dbc.chinaservicesinfo.com) invited submissions of photos, illustrations and short videos that depict the beauty of China and spread unique Chinese stories from August to October, 2023.

We received a total of 3,273 entries, including 2,332 photos and illustrations, as well as 941 short videos. After careful review, 70 works stood out as prize winners, categorized as follows:
1. Individual Category
Best Awards: 3 (1 each for photo, illustration and short video)
Leading Awards: 11 (5 each for photo and short video, and 1 for illustration)
Excellence Awards: 23 (10 each for photo and short video, and 3 for illustrations)
2. Organizational Category
Best Awards: 3 (1 each for photo, illustration and short video)
Leading Awards: 10 (5 each for photo and short video)
Excellence Awards: 20 (10 each for photo and short video)

Nine organizations were awarded prizes for their great contribution to the contest.
